We would like to inform you of the changes that will take place next winter, from the 3th. of November 2025 to the 27th. of February 2026.
During this time, we will have a reduced menu which will consist of about 20 to 30 di erent Dishes freshly prepared, some of them changing daily so as to be able to include all the best available market produce.
The Idea is to make it easier, in a less traditional way of serving our customers.
Most of our dishes will be designed to be shared at the table so in a way to make it much more informal.
It's a way to simplify our work and still be able to give service to our customers, rather than closing in the winter.
During this period we will open 7 days a week as usual but our opening hours will be from 10 o'clock in the morning serving breakfast, the kitchen will be from 12 noon until 19 hours. 19:00 hours being strictly the last Order.
Last Order for drinks will be 19.45 hrs. and the Restaurant will physically close doors strictly at 20,00 Hrs.
I suppose many of you have seen the incredible changes that our segment of business is undergoing, therefore we have to simplify during those winter months the amount of work our sta can cope with and also restrict the closing hours, so that we can start business as usual around Valentine's Day in February.
