After nearly two years of ideas, projects and hard work, two active pioneers of tourism, Miguel Ferrer and Juan Cerdá opened Restaurant stay in Port de Pollença.
José Maria and Veronica Gassó took over with a firm commitment to a new concept of quality.
It was decided to carry out a complete reconstruction of the restaurant, directed by the renowned mallorcan architect Luis García Ruiz who was responsible for the magnificent avant-garde design as well as for the interior-decoration.
The new stay was reopened by José María Gassó and most of his former team.
On our 25th anniversary we want to give special thanks to all our guests and friends who turned our project into a reality.
In Stay Restaurant, we wish to be the restaurant of everyone and for everyone where every guest feels like at home.
We place special emphasis on the freshness and quality of our product which is prepared as simply and naturally as possible.
A nice breakfast in the morning, a wide selection of home-made Tapas, a light curry or a red tuna sashimi… Attractive salads at lunchtime… or in the afternoon, high quality meats, like Majorcan lamb or Asturias veal, fish and seafood from the bay, an extensive variety of local vegetables, our homemade desserts or a tasty cheeseboard to go with wine from our extensive range.
